DD40 Everose Gold, why it’s so appealing to wear?

I consider myself fortunate to have a nice collection. My last timepiece purchase is this DD40 rose gold with sundust dial.

I have had it since June, and it has become my favorite go-to-model. I never thought it would be. YG DD was before. (I must admit that “Presidents” are my favorite for sure).

Has anyone been a YG or WG Rolex lover and suddenly gone into loving the RG models? Especially when taking about DD40’s?

I also love the sun-dust dial, and it was not my first choice dial color for the DD40 rose. White was.

Thoughts?

Cheers!
