Anyone tried original oysterflex on SS YM40

Interested to know if anyone has tried the above combo, does the oyster flex from 126655 work on the 126622

All replies appreciated.

I think they're both 20mm lugs so should work

This isn’t exactly an answer to your question, but I have the strapsco version with their adjustable clasp that I’m wearing today. I like the look and weight.

Agreed it looks good on curved end rubber but (somewhat surprisingly) I have never seen an SS YM on OF.

OF on non-OF watches always looks a little off to me, probably because I'm not used to seeing the configuration. However if I'm not mistaken the cases on 126655 and 126622 are identical (apart from material) so thinking it might look good?

Very intrigued to try. Too bad I don't own an YM (or OF haha)

Found in the modified photos thread that user JMTE actually tried it. Though on TT YM

...but I'm apparently to new to post hyperlinks so I'll just tell whoever is interested that it's post #2189 in that thread :D

both lug width and clasp are compatible! the location of the lug holes on the 126655/116655 are different from the SS models, so there will appear to be a bit more of the gap.

WOW! Looks great, as does the SS version above. I feel OF should be an available add-on option for all prof watches Rolex offers.

Is that like a mini-glidelock?
