And Another New Strap
We all have our obsessions so here is one of mine: three different Luminor Marinas on three different straps by the same guy. I mean Shakespeare wrote 154 sonnets, every one of their fourteen lines were ten syllables of iambic pentameter, a hundred and fifty-four sonnets all exactly the same and yet different. Behold, three Panerai exactly the same and yet different.
I am fond of Cordes straps because of the interesting materials and the painstaking craftsmanship, made to measure to fit my odd wrist; I spent eighteen years in the leather outerwear business so I am not blowing smoke. The light and brown straps are from ammo pouches, the green is his standard Olive. The light brown strap with the green contrast stitching is the new one. I'm going to have to buy a new Luminor Marina now (PAM 061) so I can buy another strap. Enjoy! |

Thanks for sharing. I am on the mission to find a Ammo strap maker for 000 and 232 and will definitely look at Cordes.

Some ammo strap makers incorporate the scars which can be cool but is not to my taste, Dave at Cordes makes them clean which I prefer.
