126710BLNR or 116610LN
I have 2 watch collection, need to keep one.
Submariner I got 2019 for MSRP , GMT 2021 from gray paid over MSRP like 30%. Need money for investing my business. Submariner was my first and it was gift for myself in 35 y.o. Sorry for my English. |

Keep the BLNR
Even from a purely mathematical perspective, it makes more sense to keep the BLNR. Sure, it has a higher seeking price but if you paid 30% premium for it in the first place, you are likely making out better if you sold a sub that was purchased at retail. I think .Someone check my math .haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I'd keep the Sub Date on the basis that you may regret getting rid of something with more sentimental value. Plus it's a Sub.

Never liked the BLNR on jubilee. You will also get more for the BLNR that you can invest back into your business. Best of luck!

IMHO, keep the BLNR. The GMT is a submariner, so it encapsulates the watch that you bought for your 35th.
When you sell the submariner you should get almost the same difference in $ back as the 30% premium you paid on BLNR. So you'll be good. BLNR uses what is essentially the 116610 case and is waterproof to 100m. Yes the submariner does go deeper... but the certification for Rescue Diver requires one 40m dive. That's how deep rescue divers are going... are you going deeper? Keep the BLNR. I know it seems flashier, less "everyday" but it's literally because of the bracelet. Grab the PCL oyster from your dealer, ask someone to brush the links and you have... a submariner with different bezel font, better complication, and a splash of color. That's my 2 cents. the modern submariner is actually quite flashy unless you're about 6'3. the bezel teeth is deep and reflects a lot, the ceramic bezel is shiny... etc etc... |

Keep the BLNR - you can replace the sub easier in the future.

My advice to anyone. Keep your first Rolex, regardless of model. Especially if it celebrates a milestone.
You will get more money for the Batgirl, which sounds likeb what is necessary for your business. Good luck with everything! Sent from my SM-G985F using Tapatalk |

Keep the sub as it represents a milestone. But it you need more cash for your business you could sell both and once it is successful you will celebrate with a new watch.

I'd keep the sub and sell the BLNR. That sub has been discontinued, but the BLNR hasn't. Just my .02

Keep the Sub.
It’s your first, and it marks a milestone in your life. Also, if you have only one Rolex I personally think it should be a Sub, but that’s because for me it’s just more versatile. Your lifestyle may say otherwise. |

Sounds to me like you answered your own question in your post. Sub seems to be the clear choice given the sentimental value (priceless). Buy the BLNR back as the next milestone as your business becomes successful. Problem solved.
Interesting, I too purchased a Sub in 2019 to celebrate my 35th! |
