Bought an eternity ring for my wife recently from a jeweller who has recently opened a Rolex boutique in store. There was a lot of messing about with the ring, less than decent service. That was rectified, a decent discount offered on the ring and I got to try on some professional models marked up for display only.

Got a call Saturday which I missed, called back today, offered the Sea Dweller Deepsea, wasn’t expecting the call and told it was a goodwill gesture due to the situation with the ring and that I usually wouldn’t be bumped to the top without a purchase history!
