I was lucky enough to pick up a new 126610LV from my AD today. While I was checking out, one of the sales people (not my SA) scanned the outer box, then tore the box into a bunch of pieces. I figured she was going to get me another one and didn't think much of it, but when I got home there wasn't an outer box.

Obviously, not a big deal since I'm keeping the watch, but I have a bit of OCD and keep all the boxes of my watches. Do you think this was a fluke or are AD's doing this now for some reason?

Congratulation!!

I would go back and get them to replace it with one that has the outer box and a sleeve. I just recently picked up a Rolex and they gave me everything.

Are you talking about the white sleeve? Yea some sales people just chuck it away. One of the sales person did that to my purchase too, the other day, it was not a Rolex but TAG. I wouldn’t worry about it.

My apologies, I am referring to the white cardboard sleeve! NOT the tan box with the Rolex logo on it. I have the tan box and the inner green box.

You're not OCD, the SA is clueless, everyone wants the sleeve, not that it's a big deal but it's annoying.

Congratulations. If you want a sleeve then go back and get one. Not a big deal to me and I have watches that have the sleeve and some do not. It has been a long time since I purchased from an AD so I do not know how it works with Rolex. With Omega, if you purchase from the Boutique you only get the inner box and not the brown cardboard box. If from an AD I typically get both. Enjoy you watch.

My AD as a policy does not include the sleeve. No big deal. And you still have B&P without the shipping sleeve.
