Gonna say wear whatever you want. At the same time, I would not. Wear something else, WTF! All it takes is bashing your hand against a weight to pop one of those factory set jewels out of their setting. Wear a Garmin or apple tracker to get accurate information on your vitals. But as I said wear whatever you want. Why ask a bunch of Internet forum members? That said, you look very…fit, and if you have to ask that question clearly you are a .01% not the 1%. Is this a flex? And I will repeat again, you look good doing it.

Plenty of the ladies at my gym wear Cartiers and Rolex doing anything from squatting, hip thrusts, dead lifts, etc.

It’s only the manly “men” on here that insist Rolex shouldn’t be worn at the gym.

I have worn my 15CHNR to the gym before. It's too heavy and swinging around the arm makes watch act as a slide hammer and it's uncomfortable on the wrist. Much prefer my 15400 royal oak or a Daytona at the gym. The lighter weight = more comfort.

Completely agree. This is why I have a seiko orange monster in my collection. I have no problem picking up dog shit with my Rolex on, it’s not about coddling the watch, but I’d rather get a seiko repaired for serious damage than a Rolex.

She is a amateur poser.
I take my workouts very serious and the extra weight from that watch on one wrist would make my shoulders asymmetrical.

It’s always amusing seeing these influencers doing anything as mundane as going to the gym or washing dishes. First its a 2h make-up session, paint on tan and then they take a few photos for Instagram during their 30 minute gym visit.

Fake universe and NO WOMAN goes to gym caked in makeup unless she’s seriously deranged or on the hunt.

Lindsey be getting them for free, so it don't matter...

Also... she's a little beyond an "infleuncer." 4 time olympian and a gold medalist.

Lol. Exactly. I am also fairly certain that was just a photo op and nothing to do with her actual workouts.
