FS: Omega Seamaster DeVille with SOLID 14K yg case, circa 1966 - Beautiful! $1,299
On offer is this beautiful Omega Seamaster De Ville automatic with a SOLID 14K yellow gold case. This was a presentation watch given to employees of New York Life Insurance Co. for 25 years of service. The inscription on the back dates the starting work date of 1941 for this employee so, if you add 25 years to the date it would place the watch as a 1966 model. This watch is a 'top load' 34mm case. I do not have any movement shots because of this however, the watch runs extremely well, winds smoothly and has excellent power reserve (I do not know the service history). Overall, this watch is in EXCELLENT condition; unpolished to my eye and is free of any deep scratches and/or nicks to the case. The factory acrylic crystal (Omega symbol in center seen with a loupe) is also free of scratches and nicks.
