This is claimed to be original?? I think not!
Please check this listing on fleabay.
There are way to many so called experts out there selling these vintage subs. http://cgi.ebay.com/ROLEX-SUBMARINER...3A1%7C294%3A50 The dial is 100% not original. The dial and hands have also been relumed. This insert would most likely be found on a 6200 not a 6536/1 The rest of the watch case, mov't are original. The rest is a franken watch I believe it to be worth $4-5,000 tops if someone absolutely had to have it. Just my 2 cents. This atocha jewelry is also Twery's coins and collectables in lake Worth Florida |

Isn't the 100m dial also off a 6200?

No way that dial/hands are original.... looks like a bad re-dial.
Bad lume job also. |

...GREAT observations fellas...
...while the dial is most likely genuine/authentic, it is OBVIOUSLY a refi, therefore NOT 100% ORIGINAL.
