Huge congrats! That's a great looking watch. I love the jubilee/fluted bezel configuration.

I picked up mine last week. It’s a great watch. Dial really pops with the rose gold.

That is definitely a keeper. With all the hassle I am having trying to find a basic dial Day Date there is a small part of me that wants to say "**** it" and get that precise watch-the only 41 DJ with an acceptable dial for me.

I was wrestling with getting a day date 36 or 40 and compromised with the TT 41 DJ. I wanted an ‘old man’ watch but the rose gold is very different than the yellow gold TT. Looks more ‘modern’ if that makes sense? Wimbledon dial is just icing on the cake it is very unique and different compared to the other dials.

Yes.
Well I decided (LOL) to pull the trigger. Right after reading this thread I went to one of the grey dealer sites to check out if my basic DD40-YG champagne romans, which has been missing on the site was for sale now.
Well, it is. But the watch that was 43.7k 6 months ago and 47.8k 2 months ago is now almost 53k!
So I pulled the trigger on the Wimbledon, Jubillee at a third that price.
Will wire the money tomorrow and should an "incoming" post Friday or Saturday.
This will be my third Rolex. There will not be a fourth. If my DD40 EVER comes in I will sell the Wimbledon. At least I will have this rose gold (don't dare call it pink-LOL) stunner to wear for 4 months till I switch to my highly sought after OP41 Coral summer watch!

Congratulations, mine is all SS, but still, the size is great, the numerals are distinct. Only complaint is legibility in the dark, a small deficiency in an overall great timepiece. Hope you enjoy yours.

Nice watch!

But I never understood the Wimbledon model for serveral reasons, 1: Official Wimbledon colors are green and purple, 2: Don't understand the 1 baton for 9:00 vs the Roman numeral IX to match the rest of the dial?

Those are nice RG TT DJs!

Is it just me, or is the RG really difficult to photograph? My RG TT DJ many times looks very close to SS in my photos....

Well, the fedex gremlins are at work and mine will be here tomorrow morning, just in time for my weekend stay at the casino.
Pretty acceptable for a wait...
