Fake email scam

Hello all,

I was just made aware that someone has created a gmail account using my user name [email protected] offering watches.

Please be aware that this is not my gmail account and I only communicate via PM and text messages when communicating with forum members. The phone number is not mine as well.

The emails seem to be going to people I have delt with in the past (purchased watches from or sold to as well)

Please PM me if anyone has any questions. Thanks and verify at all times!

Also, these emails are being generated outside of the forum. My TRF account is secure and none of these emails are coming from my TRF or my personal email. They are being sent by the fake Gmail account (that has my username in it) to other email accounts (gmail, yahoo, etc) outside of the forum. They seem to be lifting the email addresses from the classifieds of the postings that I bought a watch from.

I have reported this account to gmail as being a fake account as well.

My TRF account is secured with 2 Factor Authentication!
