Old Rolex identification

Hi

I have and old Rolex, it was my grandfathers, the glass is badly scratched, I think it’s missing the winder, not original strap etc. Like me, it requires some tlc.

It says Rolex Perpetual and then at the bottom precision, I cannot find an image of another identical to this?

Any ideas of age or value, I would love to get it restored, it that possible or economically worth it?

Thanks in advance

Michael
