Fixing 114060 bezel

My girlfriend’s 114060 has an issue with the bezel. It’s no longer clicking and it moves in both directions. I’ve repaired a bezel on a 5 digit Sub but never tampered with a newer ceramic bezel. I’ve watched a couple of videos but none explained how the spring system works on this bezel. Is it possible to reuse the plastic gasket, or must it be replaced? Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Sometimes the teflon gasket can be reused if it is not damaged, but rolex recommends replacemet everytime bezel is removed.
There are 3 ball bearings on springs and the forth is a pointed click spring that allows the bezel to only move in one direction.
