Is a 14060 4 liner modern, vintage or in-between?

Thinking about getting a 14060 4 liner. But have not decided. It typically takes me a long time to decide on a new watch.

Is a 14060 4 liner a modern Rolex? Vintage? Or somewhere in between, say quasi-vintage?

Personally, I think it is quasi-vintage.
