36mm Mint Green Datejust

Had a look at the 36mm Mint Green DJ today. 1st time I've seen it in real life. The green is nicer than the pictures make it look. It is without doubt the best looking Rolex for a very, very long time. Anyone who disagrees is simply wrong.

That's all.

That looks like a pic of the 31mm Datejust, but I have to agree the dial Color is just awesome!

Eh, it’s “okay” saw it in person and was very underwhelmed, it’s a very washed out green.

I would love to see this one in person as well before making any judgements. From the photos I see online, it definitely is a more of a "faded" green compared to lets say a Hulk. However, I think that's the idea and it wasn't meant to be a flashier watch. Works well with this model imo.

What I would really like to see in person is the new green fluted motif dial. Has anyone seen one or perhaps own one yet?

What about the people who don't like the color green on their wrist? Are they wrong too?

Nah, they fucked up by not using the same olive green shade as on the DD.

My Mrs managed to get the 34mm Olive Dial OP a couple years ago but things went bonkers! I always said if they release this dial on a 36 and a 41, it ll sell like hot cakes.

I did see the “mint” green DJ recently and I was impressed. Although in my opinion, the Olive Dial is the nicest sunburst dial Rolex do.

Cheers

I agree with OP, on paper. I need to see it IRL. I'm on the waiting list, whatever that means.

For my taste, the green is spot on. I could not have picked a more suitable shade.

Can't wait to see some more start to arrive.
