Wife’s datejust
So my wife’s 31mm DJ (2019 card) is running kinda fast @ +5 secs per day. Checked the timing with this decent quality timing app on my phone and it’s showing +5-6 secs a day and a low amplitude of 232. Little to no beat error. Wondering if I should send this watch in for warranty repair to Rolex in Dallas?
I know the specs say -4 /+6 sec per day on these older reference movements (178xxx) but seeing as it’s just now doing this and the amplitude is also low ish maybe it’s worth sending it in? Hate to go thru all the hassle of sending it in for them to tell me it’s fine and not do any adjustments. Thanks in advance. |

Nevermind on this. Bought a timegrapher and put it on multiple positions and best I could get on a full wind was -9secs. Worst was -12 secs. Definitely need to send it in for repair of some sort.
