My 116610LN changes the date at approx 1:10 am rather than midnight. Is this worth worrying about?

The date can only change when the hour hand has made two complete 360° turns around the dial,so perhaps your hands want taking of the hand stack and setting correctly.Myself hopefully would be asleep that time in the morning,so would not worry about it as long as date changes by when I wake up .

💯 same here. When it’s due for a service, it will be sorted. I wouldn’t take it in to RSC for just that

As a superlative chronometer watch, this is unacceptable although it might be harmless mechanically
Suggest to send for a service.

Mine takes 5 minutes to change as well. It just means the hour hand was set from factory incorrectly. It can be fixed during service, but don't bother to send it in before that.
