Bought a watch without warranty card

Hi all

We got a watch from a shop n didn’t did a strict check as it’s from a shop, when we bring it for authentication next day, then we realize the warranty card is different from white tag and watch.

Can we post here to try to find the watch’s warranty card?
Thanks!!

What is the shop’s explanation?

I would take that right back to the store and get a refund! Go shop somewhere else for a watch! Unless there was a good explanation for the mix up, and if they can produce the correct warranty card for you. I assume the authentication you had done checked out okay?

Just because you bought it “from a shop” doesn’t mean the watch is authentic. Is “the shop” a Rolex Authorized Distributor?

May just be a mix up?

We tried all ways, I wasn’t detailed in checking at the shop against the card n watch. Worst regret. Now they can only take it back at watch only price. We bgt it at market price.

So sorry to hear that!

Can PM me that shop (I assumed it’s in Singapore?) and I will stay far away from it.

Take the watch back, get a refund, and go to a Rolex authorized dealer and buy a new watch and carefully make sure it comes with Rolex box and matching papers.
