Hot sauce’s
Any regular users? Here’s my two. The OG Tobasco for Soups, beef tacos, rice and some others. The Texas Pete for when I do wings mixed and warmed with butter. Two fresh pictured here as it was time. Also, do you refrigerate after using or just keep on your table at room temperature.

There's a locally made line of sauces here called 'Santa Cruz'. Been using them my whole life. Both the Red Hot Picante and the Green Chile Salsa.

Tapatio is my go-to for good flavor and spice.
I also have a rotating mix of habanero or spicier sauces. One I like now is Matouk’s Scorpion Pepper sauce. Its pretty hot but has a nice, sweeter flavor. According to this site, 250,000-1 mil Scoville: https://www.hotsauce.com/matouks-tri...-pepper-sauce/ |

For bottled hot sauce I prefer Pico Pica . I remember my father always had a bottle for spicing up his food . Love the taste and always reminds me of the old man .

Anything El Yucateco is amazing, their xxxtra hots are really good when it comes to heat, but their regular Roja and Verde have excellent flavor too. I love when I show up to a Mexican restaurant and they have all 4 of them.

My favorites. The one on the left, a drop will take down a cape buffalo. Always refrigerated.

Nice. Can’t wait to try the Old Bay. The reason I ask about refrigeration is every Mexican, Central American and some Caribbean places have the sauce’s sitting on the table.

The ones I keep stocked are Tabasco, Cholula, and Melinda’s Scorpion and Ghost Pepper.

Probably why I don't eat much mayo to this day. Packets of Hellmans in Nassau at room temp/in the sun kind of ruined the experience |

Ed C’s Puckerbutt Pepper sauces (inventor of the Carolina Reaper pepper), Volcanic Peppers, High River Sauces, Jersey Barnfire, Rocky’s (of Philadelphia), and Dave’s Gourmet (of Dave’s Insanity sauces) are some of my favorites.
For mainstream classics: Tabasco, El Yucateco, Texas Pete’s, Frank’s are very good. |

Tabasco (reg and habanero) is a staple since forever and I like Crystal hot sauce on seafood.
P.S. Habenero Tabasco really isn’t any hotter, but has great flavor. I leave mine at room temp… seems to get weird in the fridge. |

I Loved Crystal in my Bloodys at one point. Might pick up a bottle next shop. Always kept at room temp also.

Hot sauce’s
So I doubt this can be bought online however if you want to try a bottle let me know via PM and I will send you one.
My buddy Rodneys grandma makes this hot sauce in Jamaica. It is spectacular, heat but so much flavor. I don’t like stuff that I taste the burn more than the flavor. This stuff is hot but you don’t notice until you stop eating it. My normal go to at a restaurant is lots of crystals or chalula. Frank’s if I’m in a pinch. But Rodneys is the only hot sauce we keep in the house beyond something obscure someone gifts us. Sent from my Apple privacy invasion product |

Being from Buffalo, Frank’s Red Hot is my go to. Tabasco for a little extra kick.

Frank's Red Hot is my favorite... not too hot... Just right for most anything.
