I still love this piece.

First ever Rolex, only owned a few months and worn sparingly. But it is just stunning.

Lucky you, thatīs a great buy! The Sumariner (i.e. no date) is the way to go! But why wear it sparingly? Thereīs no need, itīs built like a tank and designed to take just about anything you can throw at it! Thatīs the fun, I think, in owning a Sub. Do wear it in good health for many years to come!
