I always just take one watch on holiday, then the watch reminds me of the holiday when I get home :)

Then you will return with only 116610lv at home when u are back. I ‘d just bring one and another watch that’s it.

I took these to Paris in February. Insurance in place. Cold weather. Long sleeves. No late nights out clubbing (I’m past that).
Had a great trip!

Awareness, caution, and reasonable activities. Got to sit with the Patek folks for a couple hours. Awesome!

However, I probably won’t take a bunch to Monterey or Barcelona. Hot weather, short sleeves, etc. give me pause. Have Seiko SBDC105 and SPB149 I could enjoy. Wore the 105 today and love it!

Enjoy your trip.

If I believed half of what I read here, I'd never leave my house. Spent time there over the summer. Paris was a wonderful host. My wife and I had a great time.

Spent a week in Paris earlier this year. Smack dab in the middle of everything

Needed a GMT on the wrist but over thought it and wore my 216570. Did a lot of walking late at night but paid attention to my surroundings and realized I could’ve just as easily wore my 326935 or 126715. But bringing 3? Yeah no.

Oh well. The trip was what was most important. Good luck. Hope you have a blast

Staying at home is more dangerous! You could slip and fall in the shower (which I pretty much guarantee you is statistically way more likely to occur than getting your rolex stolen while in Paris).

Regardless of where in the world I'm going, my goal has more and more become one of taking as little as possible along. If I am going on business and will be doing things at either end of the spectrum I might take a second beater watch but my first choice is always one carry on suitcase, one laptop bag and one watch.

I don't worry about wearing a nice watch in most world cities...but where does one keep a second and third Rolex when out wearing the first?

I would never ever understand people or tourists who went on a holiday somewhere and were lucky and nothing happened so they claim it is completely safe. Lol. Listen to locals. If you go to Paris Barcelona London locals will tell you not to wear your luxury watch as people are getting robbed and most of the times beaten (sometimes even stabbed, shot). Especially during summer and hot days as your watch is very visible in short sleeves. If you wear your watch hidden under a long sleeves it’s of course different.

Another thing. Every time I see someone going on holidays with several watches it makes me uncomfortable. Where do you hide the other watches that are not on your wrist? In a flat there is probably no safe and a safe box in a hotel is so easy to get open.
