Bomb is blown in JW Marriot & Ritz Charlton.

Many people died (Indonesian & Western)...

They called them selves Jihad, but for me is pure DAMN Terrorists.

Very, very sad and upsetting. These terrorists are causing huge harm to their own people by killing innocents and trying to ruin the image of Indonesia abroad.

Just a few days ago i was telling you TR (and Frans) about how i would love to visit Java and Bali. The risk is still low but you never know when something like this will happen...........

There is an Australian Department of Foreign Affairs advice telling people to alter plans to visit Indonesia and also stressing that Bali is still an attractive target. Terrible, simply terrible.

I heard the rumour this DAMN Terrorist planning to bomb MANCHESTER UNITED players.

UNITED planning to play with Indonesia national team in Monday for Friendly match. They planning to stay in Ritz Charlton hotel.
But once again this only a rumour, I'm not so sure about this...

yes that was the hotel they were due to stay but they have now cancelled going to Indonesia

Unfortunately the reality is that this is now the world we live in.

This age is one where you can be killed indiscrimately throughout the world due to some supposed greater cause.

We live in a world of grey...it is hard to define the black and white, good or bad, cowboys and indians etc

What many see as acts of terrorism or barbaric doings there will always be those on the other side who see themselves fighting with romantic, patriotic or spiritual notions of justice or freedom.

Yet again innocents get caught in the middle and they are the ones (along with their families) who pay. It's tragic but it is even more tragic that this is now the norm for many of us and we have to be aware and ensure the safety of our families etc against things which our not our fight.
