What Is Your Preferred RSC?

I have an SD4K in need of service and wondering your best experience in sending to New York RSC, Dallas RSC or another RSC in the US. Thank you for your kind response!

For a modern watch, the closest RSC will do (the service will either be done there or shipped to Dallas/Lititz accordingly). However my preferred and nearest RSC is Beverly Hills. For more classic and vintage watches, they all go to Dallas.

I have utilized both New York and Dallas and Dallas is the one for me. Customer service has been better in Dallas. Both are professional but Dallas is better in communications when I call.

Beverly Hills RSC - must walk in with Rolex in hand, they’ll ship it back.

Most RSC service requests in the west go to Dallas. Take it to your most convenient Rolex AD and they’ll take care of RSC delivery.

I bring my watches to the HQ in Geneva. There is a large hall you can wait and meet the chef horloger. They also hand out magazines for those who like to collect them.
