Possible to change Dj41 smooth to fluted bezel?

Hi all,

As per title, I was wondering of the possibility of changing the bezel? Have anyone done this before?

Fluted never left your heart hmm?

Try asking at RSC yet? Should be within walking distance from you or at most an MRT stop away.

Don’t think it’s permitted, at least officially. Would also change referenceon steel, since fluted is WG.

I don't think it's possible given that it's an entirely different reference.

The fluted bezel is a $2,000 dollar gold piece and the stainless steel is around a hundred bucks.

Because the gold piece makes the watch a "bi metal" reference, that reference (model) number is different between the two.

Swapping the bezel out is the easy part. Sourcing the part is the hard part, and then the model number would be incorrect if that bothers you.

How difficult is it to do the bezel swap with some basic tools? I'm beginning to toy with the idea of sourcing a smooth bezel and swap with my fluted whenever I feel like... Smooth shouldn't be too hard to find, right?

I’d sell your smooth 41 and buy a fluted 41
