Surprise call from AD
This one’s been on my list for a bit—I had actually forgotten it was even on there! I remember thinking to myself, “boy, I should really let my AD know to keep me in mind if she ever sees a blue BB58” not remembering that I did that nearly a year ago

Anyway, here she is and she’s lovely

Congrats. You had to wait? I’ve seen multiple ADs with blue BB58 sitting in the cases for months.

Thanks! Yeah, I don’t think they were super in-demand, but this was the first shipment of Tudors my AD had gotten in quite a while.

Did it come with an extra strap? I think I would like this on NATO or a Vanguard rubber.

Thanks! Yeah, like I said, my AD didn’t get any Tudor shipments for a while. Or at least that’s what they told me lol.

The nice thing I’ve noticed with Tudor from ADs, they seem to play no games. If they have it, it’s yours. If they can order it, they will. It’s much less stuffy and makes watch collecting fun again.

Perhaps from where you're from. I've had two separate AD's play the "lean in to whisper that they 'might' have a BB58 in the back room if interested, reserved for clients only" strategy when they started getting them in more regularly/when demand slowly going down. I assume this strategy must have worked well for them for a while.
