116503 White Dial versus 126711CHNR
Hey guys,
I am on the list for both these watches with my AD and I can't make my mind which one I would get if I got the call. I know the CHNR is the more useful of the two but I do find the RG quite muted. The DT is obviously the more flashier of the two but I think the white dial is cleaner. If it had a ceramic bezel it would be an absolute no brainer. But as it stands, I think it just looks better then the CHNR. What would you guys choose? TIA |

The 'muted' colors of the CHNR is what I like about it...for you, though, it sounds like it has the opposite effect.
My thought is that you should go with the better looking watch, unless, of course, you have a need for the function of one over the other. |

I am the biggest daytona fan, but in this case the GMT Root Beer is the clear winner. It is amazing in the flesh.

The first Rolex watch I ever fell in love with over 30 yrs ago was the two-tone black Daytona and I still love it…

Chnr TT Rootbeer is the perfect Rolex Two Tone , Daytona is not a nice TT, Daytona is better in either SS or FG in my opinion.

It's a tough call to be honest but I'll go for the Daytona.

CHNR for me. You said the Daytona looks better to you, so that's the one you should get.

No wrong choice here, both are good looking timepieces.
If I were you, I would go with the one that becomes available to me at MSRP first.
