SS or none in my opinion. Had to take the blue without the SS option.

much prefer the blue. meteorite dials do nothing for me. but honestly, i prefer the SS/jubilee configuration for the BLRO and get my PM fix elsewhere.

Meteorite no contest. The difference in tint between the blue in the bezel and the dial drives md nuts.

Personally, if I really wanted a PM BLRO, I'd go with neither of these options and go with the black dial version instead.
For me, the meteorite is too busy with the fancy dial and then the odd choice of paring it with the blue/red bezel. I've always believed it would look a million times better with a solid black bezel. And I wouldn't choose the blue dial as I dislike the colour difference between the blue of the dial and the blue of the bezel.

Meteorite. It’s just different and isn’t offered on just any watch.

Meteorite but I prefer the black dial (116719) over both options.

Tough decision for me personally, really like both. If I were buying today, I’d probably go meteor, only because I think it’s time is limited

Meteorite. Very unique among current line up and throw back to the Albino GMT. looks amazing. The blue dial just doesn’t look right, it’s not the same shade as the blue on the bezel.

Funny this topic came up. I have the 116719 in black and really admire the watch. Though at times, I have been debating of changing the black dial to a blue dial. Just so it is more distinguishable from the black face SS versions. I like the blue but an undecided. As far as the meteorite, I tried it on and was underwhelmed as the 52 yr old eyes in me found it very very difficult to see the hands on a quick glance. I did not like the contrast either with the meteorite dial and Pepsi bezel. Just not for me. Here is a couple of pics of the black dial I have for reference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
