Business Jets for Congress

These a-holes nearly kill off this industry by demanding jets be sold or left unused by corporate America (taking TARP $$ or not) but when it comes to them...

Since the government wants to spend so much money and that we have a "Cash for Clunkers" program, I think we should also have a "Cash for Rolex" program!!

What do you think?

Yep, corporate execs that need to fly around the country to remote plants (to make money) aren't entitled to use business jets, but it's perfectly appropriate for Members of Congress. Don't you love the requirement that they be based at Andrews AFB (20 miles or so from the Capitol). Do you know they bought another Gulfstream 550 last year to take Pelosi back and forth to California on weekends? Yep, spent $65M for a new plane -- it was just so troublesome to land half way and refuel with an existing aircraft.

Just wait until you see how they exempt themsleves from the health care changes they want to shove down our throats too. Walking pond scum.

This is why we need a 'none of the above' choice on the ballots...
