Hi All. My wifes watch can not be wound manually. When I try to wind the crown it just will not wind!! It’s like it’s up against something. Also when setting the time as I rotate the crown I feel a catch in it as I turn the crown. Doesn’t feel smooth like my Submariner. Any ideas? Thanks
