Incoming SS Code 11.59!

Honestly, this looks way better in real life than in the stock photos & my photos. Tried to get some different lighting, but here’s the best I did today with the pics.

I can see this being a daily for me. Only concern is the leather band (on the underside) and how I sweat a lot, but overall, what a drastic improvement versus some of the initial PM models.

Looks great. They have come a long way. Best part not pictured are midcase and lugs. Dial looks great as well, need to see that in person some day. Good choice.

Big congrats! First AP? Lefty eh?

I tried this one on today, and it is a winner! Extremely comfortable watch...the crown and pushers really tuck in nicely and can't dig into your wrist. I also hadn't noticed it on the precious medal Codes, but the pin buckle is held in place by hexigonal headed screws as a tribute to the screws on the RO bezel.

It is a super nice detail and shows the thought that went into these. They are tiny, but perfectly precise! If you get a chance, could you post a picture of the side of the pin buckle?

Looks great! When they make a 39mm slightly thinner version I will jump on the bandwagon :) I'm surprised they are sticking so long to only the 41mm size TBH. They wear quite big given the thin bezel...

Looks great in your pics

Was the blue dial your first choice over green, or this is just what was available?
I particularly like the contrasting grey subdial in your chrono, and overall blue/grey aesthetic.
Congratulations!

Yep can take some photos tomorrow! The screws on the pin buckle (and the sides of the case for the bars) are indeed hexagonal! This is my 3rd actually. Got the 15720 first, then 15510.

I actually asked for the green and the beige/ceramic initially…..but after someone from TRF got his blue chrono last week, I sent that thread to my SA to talk about how amazing the blue looked….a few days later they got 1 in and I was lucky enough to get the call

A smaller size would definitely be welcome to the line…but for someone like me with a 7 3/8” wrist, they feel perfectly proportioned. It is a rather compact watch IMHO.

Congrats. If you don’t mind me asking what’s the price on one? Didn’t know they made SS versions. Very cool.

Congrats. Looks awesome.
Glad to see the Codes getting the recognition they deserve.
Tempted by these pics to ask for another one.

I’ve got two Royal Oaks and several other watches. Was out of town recently and the moment I came home I rushed to put this back on my wrist. I can’t emphasize enough how pics don’t do justice to the Code lineup. I have skinny wrists too, and despite overhead wrist pics it doesn’t feel oversized on the wrist. The plethora of finished angles on the case and dynamics of the dial are just a pleasure to behold!

Incoming SS Code 11.59!

Congrats! These look amazing.

AP’s website says it is a rubber-coated strap. You’re saying it is leather on the underside?
