Does anyone know the current turn around time for watch under warranty from NY RSC? Thanx

They do prioritise repairs under warranty. My last repair under warranty was 4 weeks (not NY). I expect the number changes every day.

i think it varies, they will likely quote 5-6 weeks but i had a movement service just completed on a 18239 in April and it took 3 weeks.

This was back in March, but it was a five week turnaround for RSC New York to repair my Explorer under warranty (c. 3230); I would imagine the turnaround is approx. the same.

Mine took 8 weeks, they Received it Feb 9, and got back right April 9, even though they told me 4.
