Got the call - Royal Oak Offshore 26238TI

After about 10 months of waiting and visiting the boutique several times,
I finally got the call. I had 72 hours to pick up the watch. Of course, I dropped everything and booked a last minute flight to get to the boutique (about a 2.5 hr flight).

Experience was top notch. They closed down the boutique and served champagne. Very cool to hear about the theft and accident protection program. One new thing is that the watches no longer come with booklets. You get a fancy receipt printed on AP letterhead, the warranty card, and a printout for the AP insurance.

Now the watch. Always thought ROO would be too big for me, but my wrist is just big enough for me to pull it off. The fact that this ROO is titanium also makes it super light. Excited to make this my daily summer watch.

Congrats! I was in the same boat as you with a smaller wrist and a 39mm ROC that I thought fit perfectly. I didn't pay too much attention to the bigger Offshores, but loved the look. But after trying on a Code and finding 41mm was an acceptable fit, I expanded my wish list to include the ROOs and finally got the call. Right now, it is by far my most worn watch. Wear yours in good health!

Excellent choice, congratulations!
We don’t see this one often, but it’s a great piece year round.

Wish I could see the pics. Don’t show up on my app…
I’ve gotten three ap’s in the last month and didn’t get any of that stuff you mentioned, printed receipt, etc? Oh well
Sounds like a great experience

Congrats! Special watch!

What do you mean by a print out for the AP insurance?

Excellent choice. I have 26238ti with rhodium dial with titanium bracelet. So light and so confortable to wear. It’s my daily now I cannot wear my Rolex or Hublot anymore …

Sorry for the loose use of the word insurance. I'm referring to the new AP Coverage Service - verbiage below taken from AP's website:

"The AP Coverage Service is a 2-year complimentary service covering the risks of theft as well as partial or total functional damage.

The service is available for all AP watches initially acquired in 2022 and 2023, in our Audemars Piguet boutiques, AP Houses or via official retailers."
