Has anyone received one in USA yet?

By the end of the summer or year end latest I think the two tone versions will be floating around heavily. However nobody knows for sure.

It appears this ref was just released in a batch. As we suspect, Rolex releases models in batches so don’t think it’s current availability will stay consistent.
