crystal/glass replacement
hi guys
im really intrigued to see pictures of a crystal replacement from start to finish has anyone got a link where i can see pictures please? i have done a search here but have not found any i would prefer to see a rolex crystal change if possible cheers |

Well the crystal bezel is taken off with a bezel lifting tool the crystal usually comes off with it then you separate the 2 pieces if sapphire you replace the nylon gasket align the cyclop to the date window place the bezel on top and push on with a crystal press. If acrylic no gasket but the same procedure no pics but the process takes a few minutes for a professional and if not done correctly bad things happen. Rik the watchmaker
