Newbie Question: How to remove bracelet on older Cartier Santos

Hello guys,

just like in the title I'm wondering how I can remove the bracelet on the older cartier santos models, such as the Ref. 2960?

Thanks in advance and don't laugh

I looked at images of the model in question. My sense is those holes in the sides of the lugs represent the channel where friction-fit pins are inserted to hold the end-links in place. Note that the pins are not spring-bars that will come out with a gentle push, but instead are friction-fit pins that will require steady, firm pressure applied using the sorts of tools like those used to press pins in or out between bracelet links where friction-fit pins are used. Note also that the pins are designed to be pressed out in one direction, so be sure to check this before deciding which end of the pin to press through.

Here's a very quick and simple video on youtube (there are others in case you want to view something more detailed): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Glki6_NYUNg
