Been eyeing a manual wind Rolex. Anything suspicious on this one?

I've actually bought a vintage Omega from this shop's eBay page a few years ago and it was authentic. Any thoughts on the condition, level of polish or price? I realize I should factor in the cost of a service with it.

Dial looks refinished, and badly done around the coronet. Stem appears unnecessarily dirty. Movement looks similar to mine (only dirtier). But condition is listed as fair not good...IMO not a fake but I'd keep looking...sometimes...buy cheap: pay twice!
