Fake 126610LN?

Hello,

I want to exchange my 124060 for this:
https://creditamanet.ro/vanzari/Role...-126610LN-998/

I went and saw the watch, it has box and warranty card, the watch looks great. The box, however, does not look like my 124060's box. The inner crown has smaller circles and the lid crown is not perfectly shiny. Is this a sign that the watch is also fake? The warranty card also has NFC. What should I do?

Thanks!

The serial numbers match, but I think the fakes are getting scary good. The watch is about 12500 E.

If the box really is different, perhaps the watch didn’t have the box, and seller purchased one, which maybe isn’t real. That doesn’t mean the watch is fake, but I’d probably look elsewhere. Buy one from one of our reputable sellers on the forum.

Thank you for the answer, the differences were stark between the boxes. The watches are both from 2022.

Update: when I confronted the box differences, the watch quickly became unavailable, as the previous owner wanted it back, allegedly. I may have dodged a bullet.

Watch looks legit to me. Even down to slightly misaligned bezel.

The box was clearly fake, I compared it to mine and it was of poorer quality.

The Superclones can look very real. Some jewelers can’t tell them apart. When you buy a super clone, you can pay extra for a box and papers, with matching serial number, which would also be fake. I wouldn’t take a chance on this watch. If I were to go grey, I would deal only with a specific seller, here, whom I’ve bought from, in the past.

Yes, I think I was dealing with a superclone.

I would not buy from a Romanian dealer, I had a problem with one in the
past and left me with a bad taste doing business with Romanians.
If something goes wrong there is no recourse.

Not sure what I feel about Indochina… but sure this is one of the most short-sighted comments I’ve ever read on TRF.

It is not short sightedness to warn buyers about the possibility of fraud
where higher than average fraud exists.
Transparency International’s flagship research product, has become
the leading global indicator of public sector corruption.
The index offers an annual snapshot of the relative degree of corruption
by ranking countries and territories from all over the globe.

Denmark Norway, Sweden Austria New Zealand - the least corrupt between 1 and 3

ROMANIA is #63
Indochina 77
Switzerland 7
USA is 27
Australia 18
Russia is 136, Ukraine 126.

So Romania is doing much better from 10 years ago when I had
my 2 incidents of fraudulent watch dealers
