What does "parf" mean in regards to hands?
Or in regard to the lume?

Misspelling of part? Or an attempt at abbreviating “perfect”, but with a near miss on the vowel? If neither of these, then I’m at a loss ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Can you give some examples of where you've seen this used?

“Parfait” is “perfect” in French. I’ve seen this slang usage of “Parf” before but never with respect to watches.
