Rootbeer or Sprite

Both are my dream watches, but I only have one budget to buy one of them. Which one should I get? FYI, I don't have any GMT series in my collection.Thank you for your comment.

Go and try them on. Both are very different looks!
I'd go Sprite!

Your skin tone may determine which looks best on you. Personally I prefer the Green and Black. The backwards GMT is a fun watch, more out of the ordinary and a great daily wearer.

Do you have a preference?

If not, I guess the first one that’s offered

Root Beer. It is the only two-tone watch I actually like. Just not a fan of the VTNR; don't like the colors and don't like the LH orientation. But if you do not have a GMT, I'd go Pepsi over a Root Beer.

Unfortunately I’m not a fan of either…… TT doesn’t do it for me and the left handed GMT doesn’t either. Now if you are left handed then I would absolutely recommend the Lefty GMT.

Rootbeer or Sprite

Not ALL lefties wear their watch on their right wrist. This southpaw wears her watch on her left wrist, as most watches are designed to be worn. Also, I prefer the Root beer.

I'm lefthanded and wear my watch on my left wrist. Just too weird on my right wrist. But I'm pretty much ambidextrous anyway.

I say go for the Root Beer. I love the browns and love the dial.

I was in the same shoes as you. Are you buying grey or retail ? Because at retail VTNR $11k plus tax is a better deal.

I know I'ma gonna own both. But to me sprite is more special If I have to pick one. I prioritized VTNR on jublee over everything until I got it. I have a couple other ones I want before a 1chnr from my AD. I know I can always get a 5chnr from grey for close to retail anyway. So there is no worries of availability vs pricing.

I used to be the guy saying you have to be left handed. Not anymore, it looks great on both wrists. I would go spite but on jubilee as the PCLs are scratch magnets. Unless you have other watches. Would get the BLNR over both of them.

Most lefties are pretty much ambidextrous, because we grew up in a right handed world. There are certain tasks, for which I always use my right hand. I love to shop at Lefty’s, on Pier 39, SF, when I’m in town.

I would go with Sprite over CHNR if it was going to be an everyday watch. Love the CHNR as well…can’t go wrong in my opinion…depends on how you will wear it…in rotation with other pieces?
