Longines 7042 Dial?

Is there any way to track down a vintage Longines 7042 diver’s dial without buying a whole separate watch? I got one earlier this year and it’s in surprisingly good shape save for the dial which is most definitely a relume/paint.

Right now my only option is to send to Longines for a potential reprinting of the dial but they won’t commit to being able to do it without seeing the watch—archives extract was ok but obviously l parts are another issue.

eBay, Etsy, and Chrono24 have all been misses…

Thanks for any help!
