Vauchers easy to service?

As the title suggests, are Vaucher based movements easy to service?

Would most watch makers be able to service them instead of being sent to whereever HQ is?

I'm no mega watch movement enthusiast, but from what I have seen in my short years in the watch world, is that Vaucher is similar to ETA and Selitta.

They make movements for other brands.

I know that Parmigiani parent company own them and that they also make movements for Richard Mille. Obviously very bespoke for them.
