Anyone getting any luck with sky dweller from AD?
Bought a 41 mm DJ from my AD in July. Waited about 8 weeks and while waiting tried on a friends Sky and fell in love. Inquired about a stainless steel sky d on jubilee - no preference on dial (prefer white) when I picked up the Sky.
She told me it would most likely be a while for this piece but of course didn’t give me a time frame. Wondering what realistic wait times are right now? Considering going grey and paying the 3k premium if it’s going to be an insane amount of time as this is my grail watch. Looking to purchase a 2022 at a good price. Was wondering if there are major differences between the 2022 and 2023 updated movement. Wondering what you guys have waited or have been waiting and if I should just go grey. My only spend history with the Ad is the DJ Thanks! |

Last I mentioned this to my AD, he said "it's been years since we got one".
Now, of course they have a demo in stock, but I'm sure it will go to a whale. I'm kind of a minnow. Last I looked, the grey market was a lot more than a $3K premium... if I could get one for that, I'd probably buy it today.
