What is your Tudor pick for a woman in her early 30s?
My wife saw the BB58 and fell in love with it. It’s her most picked watch in the collection for nights out and travels. I think it looks great on her. Particularly on NATO.
I would advise to get input from the person who would be wearing the watch. But to answer your question, I would pick the Black Bay 36 non diver on jubilee bracelet if I had to make a pic based on my own taste. |

Black bay 54. My wife is in her 30s and loves the size on her wrist.

If it’s a surprise first decide what case size she prefers - could be 30ish to 40ish - then choose the watch. Otherwise you risk disappointment because it’s too small or too big.

Anything she wants. Which Tudor does she particularly like? Has she been to an AD yet?

Have you seen the black bay 31 with a blue dial and diamond indices? It is stunning in person.

30mm Clair De Rose either with or without diamonds or as someone else suggested the new BB31 if she wants something a bit sportier.

I agree with those who suggest letting her pick the watch. If you want a surprise, fly to Vegas for the shopping trip. Plenty of watches to see in a relatively small area.

For a woman in her early 30s, I wouldn't buy a Tudor but a Rolex; anyone she wanted!

On the other hand, things have changed. Once upon a time there was a "starter Rolex", namely the Oyster Perpetual. They were the most affordable in the catalog and easy to find. After the first it was always possible to gradually upgrade - next a Datejust, then a TT, then diamonds, then PM. Now even the lowly OP is hyped to the moon and is often difficult to find. Therefore a Tudor may the best way to get someone into mechanical watches. They are available with zero fuss. |

My significant other who is 4'10", 100 lbs has been wearing a Tudor BB32 for almost three years straight. Swims about 1.5 miles every morning with it on. Never takes it off. I bought it for her; she isn't a watch person, but she loves it. On the bracelet in black.

Maybe go for a vintage Tudor sub of your birth year something like a 79090

The 1926 model for a traditional classic style watch. If more into sports watches the BB 54.
What’s nice is the 1926 comes in numerous configurations, so one should be able to find one they like. |

I'd go for the Black Bay 54. Wears incredibly well.

Not Tudor, but a 1990s Women’s Rolex OP could be found for roughly the same price as a new Tudor as another option.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Yes it’s a gift and surprise. Mixed between making it a surprise and picking something that won’t be liked.
I think I might choose 3 and figure out what style and size better fits her. Leaning towards BB54 or BB31/36. Anyone have thoughts on the Tudor Royal? Reminds me of AP, and looks too blingy. |

make it fun, and a surprise. example: go out to brunch, get some drinks in her. make sure you guys are having fun/in a good mood. pick a place very near the watch store, and "pop in" to look at something in the store. once inside, take her to the tudors and tell her to pick one. idea: show her some on the website in the weeks leading up to it; you'll get a feel for if she even wants a Tudor, or any watch. As someone else mentioned above, i'd lean toward rolex for a woman in their 30s, but we don't know you and your wife - that's your call.

Having said that, pre-owned ladies DateJusts, OPs, etc can be found at reasonable prices.
