Tudor Mini-Sub 73190 Caseback
Hello!
I purchased a 73190 Mini-Sub off eBay and I noticed something different after the fact. The caseback doesn't say "Rolex Geneva" on it like others, it says "Tudor Geneva" and I'm just wondering why. I haven't found another example that has "Tudor Geneva" on it. I'm sure it doesn't matter too much but thought I would ask here to see if anyone knew. If anyone can help me out that would be great! |

It might be because at the time of being made Tudor had stopped using Rolex parts on their watches

There were 2 distinct models. Early ones 94400 and later 73190. As above, it might be the year of manufacture for your model.

It moved to Tudor branding sometime in the mid nineties. I had a Mini Sub with only Tudor branding from 1997. I bought it from an AD.
