Question about Ladies DJ Black Diamond Dial
Hey all, I am looking at buying my wife a 26mm SS/WG Jubilee Black Diamond Dial DJ and had a question about the writing on the dial. I have found a lady selling one that is a 2007 Z serial that has Rolex written on the dial in what appears to be white but then the other two lines of text, "Oyster Perpetual and Datejust" are written in black letters. I have seen other watches exactly the same that all the text is in white. Is there a difference in this depending on the year it was produced or does Rolex just use different colors for text on the dials?
Thanks! |

Stainless with aftermarket diamond bezel, but I have the white gold fluted bezel that originally came with the watch. It has the Jubilee black diamond dial and the new Jubilee hidden clasp bracelet. Mine and all the ones I looked at had the white writing and only had "Datejust" and "Swiss Made" no "Oyster Perpetual" that was on all the 2007 26 mm Datejusts I looked at. I'm not an expert though....someone else will chime in, I am sure. |
