Seems we dealt with the same Indians! My mom was making some sort of curry and rice tonight (which is out of the norm for her) as she was making it I said that I would never touch that stuff. Certainly not my cup of tea!

I work with 90% Indians and grew to like their cuisine. Their veg variety is incredible.

same. I refuse to touch Indian food. Both the authentic and westernized versions.
However, I like Chinese and Thai curry dishes.

Indian food is excellent especially the sauces(not necessarily the hot ones) and soft breads, of which there are many wonderful varieties....as an occasional treat!
