Strap for Explorer 114270?

The pin locations on the 114270 compared to the 14270 us more to the inside of the watch. I tried installing a couple of (cheap) straps and as a result, it scraches on the case and gets discolored.

Anyone find a strap that works on a 114270? Please post a link.

I know - the original bracelet...

Have you tried something in kevlar or carbon fibre, these may be more hard wearing than leather?

The same here. I tried and ruined one strap.
I have seen carbon strap fitted to Exp, here in the forum.

About a Hirsch strap? This one, or this one.

I would look for the Hirsch curved end straps.. The fit up snugly and have a plastic insert in the spring-bar hole. That insert can be rotated to move the actual spring-bar hole in and out to a few different locations. That, plus because it doesn't rub against the case like the one shown it should have more life...

I have had a carbon on my Explorer, it looked good. Now I'm going to try a bund strap!

Cool strap!

Metal is one of the nicest combos though.
