The SD is my favorite Rolex sports watch (the 40 mm SD4K or earlier versions)
When I was a kid in the mid 80's all of my friends lusted after the Sub but I always like the SD as it was just unique and uncommon. I have had a few over the years, I wish I never sold my M but can't change history. I do plan on finding an older one again down the road but I bought the SD4K when it first came out and won't part with it.

My pic sucks but the watch is killer.
Love your pic!

Great looking watches guys!

I’ve been looking for an unpolished full-kit 116600 for a long time but I’m unwilling to pay $20,000, or more, for one. Especially after buying a new JC from an AD for a lot less.

I like the SD 43. Fits me good for having a fat wrist

Awesome picture! Still believe it is about the best/coolest watch Rolex ever made. I’m frequently in an internal debate whether to get rid of a similar watch I have and add it back. I miss my 16600…

I really like my SD43. It’s the look I wanted. So worked with my AD for either a Sub or the SD43. Got the call for the SD43 and bought it. Like the bigger case and heft of this watch.

That’s a beautiful shot!

I’m quite enamored with the entire Seadweller line.

As much as I love the Subs and GMTs, the Dwellers are less common and are more proportionate to my nine-ish inch wrist.

116600 - SD4k is by far the best Rolex Sports model ever produced. It has everything going for it! A definite sleeper!
