OP, please explain why the photos you posted all have Chrono24 watermarks and what was the sequence of events where the watch pictured was once offered for sale on that platform.

Watch from my grand dad -> serviced locally in India -> posted for sale in Chrono -> Question asked about the watch -> I don't know about this watch -> Intrigued that this is probably a old watch -> pulled the sale out of Chrono -> looking for information.

Hans Wilsdorf registered the name Genex in 1920 and a lot of watches were sold by his organization with that name on the dial up to about 1945. These were mostly ladies watches and they generally have RWC stamped inside the case back.

However, your watch seems to be from a later period than that and I think it is from another Swiss company called Genex, who were primarily case makers but who did sell complete watches under that name in the 1950s and possibly into the early 1960s.

The movements were bought in, possibly from the General Watch Company (which later became Helvetia), but I don't recognize your movement as one of theirs.

There is very little published about these watches but you might get some more feedback if you show a photo of the inside of the case back or if you have the dial removed and show the top plate of the movement.
