Has anyone had any experience, either good or bad, with Vacheron service in the US? I'm investigating my first potential purchase from the brand.

Hi subprimero. I see your in Texas. The one in New York City is fantastic though. Had small issue with my new overseas and they fixed it under warranty (was losing about 10-15 sec a day) in a day. Was back on my wrist before the week was out, delivered to my house in a new carry pouch with my initials on it
